Please make sure you adhere to the following conditions in order for us to process your replace, refund or exchange as quickly as possible: 

  •  Please be sure to take care of our products while they are in your care, as we are not able to replace, refund or exchange anything that is not in pristine condition, in its original packaging. 
  • The manufacturers packaging is considered part of the product - please do not damage or deface branded boxes/packaging.
  • Return your items within 14 days of receipt, or 10 days for sale/discounted items. 
  •  We cannot accept returns on custom products, including fabric (as it is cut to size) and personalised products.  

We offer free returns on everything and a 14-day money back guarantee. Just return your goods within the 14-day slot and we’ll happily replace, refund or exchange them for you right away.

Please could you kindly ensure that the product is safely returned to us in a re-saleable condition, this includes all of its original packaging and anything that the item came with (like manuals, controllers etc). Please also make sure that you grab a proof of postage when you’re returning your item, this is a free receipt from the post office and it covers you in case of any loss or damage on its way back to us. I want to return my item

We understand that sometimes you just change your mind or it wasn’t quite as you expected, we’re only human! If you wish to return your item(s), please follow the Returns Process below. Please return your item(s) within the 14-day slot and we will happily offer a refund, replacement or exchange for your item(s). You’ll be happy to know that we offer FREE Returns on all of our products.

My item has arrived damaged

We do our very best to ensure that your parcels arrive safely and in superb condition. Sometimes though, accidents do happen. If your product(s) does arrive in poor condition in any way, please follow our Returns Process below. Please return your item(s) to us within the 14-day slot and we will offer a refund, replacement or exchange for you as a matter of urgency. We also offer FREE returns on all of our item(s) so it will cost you absolutely nothing to send it back.

My item is faulty

In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a fault, please follow our Returns Process below. Please return your item(s) to us within the 14-day slot and we will act immediately to organise a refund, replacement or exchange for you. We will also supply you with our FREE Returns label, so it won’t cost you a penny to send it back to us.

Uncollected Items

Please be aware any items returned to us as uncollected from postal services or courier firms will be re-charged any postage costs to send out again. Any refunds due in these cases will also be minus our shipping charges incurred.

Returns Process

Whether your item has arrived damaged or faulty, or you’ve simply changed your mind, please follow the Returns Process below:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order at returns@thebazaarist.com or call us on 0208….. with your name, order number and details of why you would like to return your order.
2. We will then send you a returns form which you must fill in. Be sure to remember to send the returns form back to us with your item(s).
3. Attach the Free Returns Label from the returns form to your parcel.
4. Take your parcel to your local Post Office and send it back to us absolutely free. Don't forget to ask for your free proof of postage receipt from the Post Office to cover you in case of any loss or damage on its ways back to us.
5. When we receive your return at our head office we will arrange you replacement, exchange or refund right away.
