Yes, for UK and EU orders we always use tracked shipments. The tracking information will be shared with you by email, once the shipment has been processed. For international shipping we try to use tracking where possible, but in some cases this is not possible.
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays), subject to stock availability. Yes. The invoice will be emailed to you after you order has been processed. If you have registered for an account, you will also have access to your invoice in your account at the order history page.
