We offer three levels of service for our UK customers - please note these are estimated delivery times only and are based on working days:

We use a combination of Royal Mail, My Hermes, DPD, Yodel…and others as our couriers and have various delivery options including guaranteed next day delivery.
All orders placed before 1:30pm will usually be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday Only) subject to security checks. We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the size, weight and value of your order. This may include a courier service which requires a signature on delivery. For orders dispatched via Free Delivery please wait for 10 working days before contacting our Customer Service Team for help if your parcel has not yet arrived. Please click here to see our delivery options and pricing.
Please note, if you state a safe place and your parcel is stolen in the interim, we can not be held responsible for any loss incurred nor can compensation be claimed by the courier. You take full responsibility for stating a safe place if you are unable to accept your parcel or a neighbor can not be nominated.
You may cancel your order for any reason provided that you notify us in writing via email, no longer than 7 working days after the day you receive your order.
